Can I file business bankruptcy although I filed personal bankruptcy and discharged January 2011? Also home based business here, will it stop an eviction? HELP!!!!!!!!!!Crazy landlord I've paid my rent being ridiculous on late fees and because I'm $100 past due on water bill.
