I am facing two judgements and owe 4 credit cards. These are all from 4 years ago, got married two years ago. My wife has perfect credit and owns her house free and clear. I did not know her when I aquired these debts.

Can I file BK without her been included in BK. Also her house is in her name only can they put a lien on her house because of my debt.
