I filed bankruptcy in 2012 and owe one final payment. My house mortgage is substantially reduced starting in November, 2017. If my bankruptcy is dismissed will that affect the new and reduced mortgage?

Do you mean dismissed or discharged? If dismissed, why would you wreck what have worked hard to nearly complete?
Why is your mortgage payment scheduled to reduce in amount? Was it a function of the bankruptcy?
