What is the name of your state? CA

I need to clarify exactly what the terms below mean on a case I was reasearching..date filed self explanatory, but the rest, does "closed PreAct" and "terminated" mean that the bankruptcy was filed, then, for lack of a better term, dropped? Case info:

Date filed: 06/16/1999 Date discharged: 09/29/1999
Date terminated: 10/07/1999 Date of last filing: 10/07/1999
Pending Status: Case Closed
Flags: CLOSED, PreAct

"Terminated" is simply the date upon which the proceedings officially ended, normally by an order of the court closing the case.

"Closed PreAct" probably means that the case was closed before the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act became effective.
