I challanged a member for cause and the board did not vote. the senior member of the board made a single ruling. clealry, not procedurally correct. I did a BCNR and clearly pointed this out Transcript to Regualtion (that has since quietly changed by the way). The BCNR said there was not enough evidence?

Is this wrong and what can I do?

File another correction. The BEST thing to have done would have been an APA challenge to the original board. But you missed the time deadline for that.

So, maybe you can file another request the BCMR, and then APA appeal that. But, in all likelihood, it is too late.
