can someone who is illegal, still be responsible to pay child support? can that person become legal just by having a child with an american citizen? does that make the child illegal? how does someone start the process of becoming legal? how do they go about seeing their child if the american citizen mother does not want the illegal father to see the child or pay support? can she turn this man into the INS?

It all depends on if the person ENTERED the US legally, or illegally. If illegally, then nothing will stop them from being deported short of claiming PA. If legally, then there may be a chance but while they are currently illegal, then they should not be able to work and so unable to pay CS.
