Being threaten, harrassed, bullied need help

I live in Ohio. I had only 2 guys but now there are 3 from the same collections company calling threating me about the police coming to get me, taking my car, and screaming so loud on the phone at me at work that my co-worker can hear them across the room. They call at home got my daughter once who is only 12. She was in tears they told her they were going to put me in jail and she would have to live with foster people and on and on. I have asked them not to call my work place cause they call 2 and 3 times a day. They are trying to collect on a contract that I didn't even sign my ex-brother-in-law signed my name to it.

I'd call the police. After an ex-girlfriend moved out, a collections agency kept calling me looking for her about a debt she'd acquired prior to moving in with me. I repeatedly told them she didn't live with me anymore, but they kept calling. I called the police, and they put a stop to it immediately.
