alimony after gaining either a divorce or annulment

I am not a lawyer but I think the answer lies in the length of your marriage and the income disparities. Is she has to pay also to someone else, this could affect her ability to pay which is also likely a factor. Her actions are likely illegal, but, I don't think the courts look much at the moral issues on these things anymore but more at the circumstances. Good luck.
