but trustee

seems to have questions for certain people others were no asset case
thankyou goodbuy does he read each case
is it jut people who just have alot of property
he had complete controll considering all the people there

The majority of trustees will base their questions at the 341 from what they see on the debtors petition. Once the 341 is concluded, they may request additional information from the debtor to address any specific questions.
