Hi Bigun, ladynred and jetx!
Sorry it took so long for me to give you an update. I had court 11/17 and had my expired sol as evidence to get the case dismissed but the lawyer for the ca dropped the case and doesn't plan on refiling.

Just wanted to thank you again for all your help.

On a side note: my son was born 10/3/03 at 1:15 am weighing 8lbs 12oz and 22in long. He was healthy as can be and although I dislocated my tailbone delivering, all is great with me too. Thanks to you all for making those last months less stressful.

Sounds like the lawyer may have decided he couldn't beat you since you were going to fight anyway. Way to go !
