What is the name of your state?Pennsylvania
I was terminated from a construction inspection company and am considering legal action towards my former employer. The reason I am considering this is that at times I would cover more than one Job in a day. I would go to one job and that client would be billed 8 hours then i would go to another job in that same day and that client would also be billed 8 hours. I on the other hand would only receive pay for the 8 hours of actual work I did! Sometimes I would go to more than 2 jobs in a day, what I am wondering is what legalities are there concerning this. I make my employer anywhere from 8 to 24 paid hours in a day and only get paid for eight?
Thanks in advance

You are entitled to be paid ONLY for the time you actually work. If you only work eight hours, you are only entitled to be paid for eight hours. It doesn't matter how much the employer got paid and it doesn't matter whether you think it's fair or not. If you worked eight hours and you got paid for eight hours, you have no legal cause for suit.
