I filed Ch 13 bankruptcy last night, but now I have some misgivings because of a few of the things that will be affected that also belong to my significant other. He is not included on the BK.

can i stop it and get my money back?

or can he pay it off without me geting into trouble.

If these are joint accounts, liability falls to the cosigner unless, you are repaying at 100%.
Sure you can stop it. Just don't make the payments and it'll be dismissed.
