I've heard that the BK laws will be changing and making it harder for consumers to file Chapter 7. Does anyone know when the new laws will take affect?

The PROPOSED law changes haven't even gotten to the Senate floor for consideration this year, and with any luck, with the election coming, it WON'T the rest of the year.

Even IF that law gets passed, it would be 6 months AFTER the President signs it before it would go into effect. Pray Bush doesn't win the election.....
