What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
it seems like we now see videos and incidents everywhere with celebrities in public and a 50 foot barrier between the population my question is what legal rights do i have to to go into the "red zone" or into where they blocked it off with security guards if im not touching the "celebrity" if its a public venue i dont understand how i dont have the right to move along in my own space no matter who they are

this question was brought up because im relativity close to the jersey shore philly and new york which holds alot of rich snobs and celebs' so this wouldent be the first issue ive had one of my major concerns is when i heard the beyonce story of a father not being able to get into his nursery room in the hospital to see his child being born because of her security id loose my cool in about 3 seconds if that every happened

it depends on whom is preventing you from crossing that line and why.

Generally, a private individual has no right to secure any section of public property without a permit to do so. If they do, they have no legal right to take any action to prevent anybody from entering that area. Any action they take is looked at just like anybody else that would use force against another.

Now, if there has been a permit of some sort issued to allow the securing of an area, then things can change but the private thugs still are limited to what, if any action they can take to secure the area.

If the police are guarding the area and are in an official capacity, just leave it alone. You will end up in jail. If they are not in their official capacity, it would the very similar to the private thus situation.

while not as uppity, people living along the Lake Michigan shore fought a battle a few years back. They tried to claim that nobody could walk past their property even if they were in the water. It went to court and it was ruled that the property owner owned only to the high water mark and even if there was a section of land not in the surf, as long as it was on the lake side of that mark, the general public had every right to walk there. Somebody was a bit pissed. Score one for the little guy.
