It has recently been uncovered that a board member has a personal bill paid for by Coop funds. The Proprietary lease reads the no compensation shall be granted to any board members. The payment is made with Coop funds and not made out to the Board Member but made out to cash. The board refused to include this in the meeting minutes when it was decided that this would begin. How would you go about having this stopped? Can a shareholder review the expenses of the coop and demand to know where and why cash payments are made?

**A: send a demand letter via certified rrr mail for the board member to reimburse the coop and for a review of the financials.
