Suing the board would be a very costly endeavor. And what are your damages? Is the monetary damage enough to pay $10,000 + in lawyer fees?


Are you the only injured party, or are there enough owners bothered to either recall the board of directors, or vote in some new members at the next annual election. Those are much easier and less expensive actions.
