Site condos. Private roads. When the board first took over from the developer 5yrs ago we decided we did not want to be a "policing board". Seemed to work for a while. Now the president will not accept complaints from "a sitting board member". As a board member I feel it is my obligation and right as a homeowner to "complain" about blatant violations such as dogs running free, ATVs running through the neighborhood, etc. I also feel that to look the other way is sending the wrong message about the board to homeowners. Am I being unreasonable? What is the appropriate course of action? What have others done in a similar situation?

MOVED! HOPEFULLY To a place where there are by-laws which prohibit TV's running around the neighborhood! Or you might want to call the police if it's speeding!

**A: read your CC&R's. Vote the President out and put someone else in.
