I worked with a woman with the same problem she was a very clean person,and she knew very well about her underarm odor.What her's turned out to be is the drs. removed a gland underneath her arms and the odor was gone and the lady was very happy again.It was a gland problem of some type and it wasn't a jokeing matter to her at all, she cried alot about it,and always worried if she was offendening others by her odor.This problem is very real.
