so, contact the clerk and ask.

The only thing I can think of would be to ask you to attest she has followed the rules of her release. I would also ask the clerk the question you asked here. I understand your point and sometimes they just cannot pinpoint anything down but unless you ask, you never know.

You do not need to show up every week to see if her case comes up. The case will be assigned a date. In all likelyhood the defendant already has a pre-trial date.
Like has been suggested above, call the clerk and ask. goodluck.

You have no idea how the system works.

Do you know how many times I have been scheduled for criminal trials only to sit there for 6 hours and then be sent home because the court couldn't get the trial squeezed in even though it was "scheduled" and on the docket for that day?

You don't know if the OP needs to show up every week. That's up to the court.

i called our superior court number and the girl i talked to told me to call whomever i got the bond through. i bonded her out straight from the county jail, put my property up as collateral (so to speak). i have a feeling the people at the county jail aren't gonna have a clue as to what to tell me, especially since most of them are clueless already...

While I understand your frustration, that isn't exactly fair. They deal with thousands of people, your situation, while important to YOU, it means very little to them on an individual basis.

They weren't so "clueless" when they helped get her daughter out of the slammer.;)

The reason why you were there in the 1st place is because it was "scheduled". Maybe the o.p. will be scheduled and than cancelled
again, that's just something he will have to deal with. That is how every court system works, people are scheduled it is not just a random
bunch of names and everyone for rhat month shows up and some names are drawn and everyone else goes home, just to come back the next week
to see if their name comes up.
I am certain everyone else that read my post grasped the obvious. It is getting tiresome to deal with your irrelevant nonsense.

You called the clerk, gave them your daughters name and they said they have no court date on the schedule? Does your daughter have any paperwork that she overlooked that indicates her next court date?
If the clerk is not being helpful (for whatever reason) than the bondsman will certainly have the next date which she is to appear. goodluck.
