What does your child support order say? Please give the exact wording (without names).

USUALLy, a CS order says that the NCP pays $xxx per month -and that number doesn't change even if income fluctuates. In that case, your bonus payment wouldn't have any impact on CS. I't is, however, possible for an order to say that you pay yy% of your income every month. I've never seen it, but it's possible.

Ok, thanks for the clarification. Also we have a follow up hearing sometime in June. Will the CS amount change then?

In my works tax forms should I claim my son? Judge ordered that I file on even years for my taxes.

The CS would have been set based on you earnings record. If you'd been getting such bonuses monthly before, it is likely your pay history already included that income.
