A friend of mine bought a used mobile home from a well known mobile home company to later find that the frame was cracked and now her double-wide is about to split apart in several places. The mobile home company assured her when she bought the home it was in A+ shape.

She has refused to pay the mortgage payments since October due to the problems with her dwelling. The mobile home company has threatened to reposess her property unless she pays. Is there any actions she can take against the mobile home builders?
