Boyfriend making me move

I live with my boyfriend for almost 2 years now. I pay all the bills except the house payment and have done so since I moved in. Now he wants me out. I have two children and I have nowhere to go right now. He gave me 2 weeks to find a place. Can he make me leave in 2 weeks? I live in Oklahoma. Common law does not apply since we do not do a joint tax return.

Who the hell told you that in order to be Common Law married you need to file joint tax returns ? What a load of crap someone's been feeding you !

Oklahoma
To establish a common-law marriage, a man and woman must (1) be competent; (2) agree to enter into a marriage relationship; and (3) cohabit.

That's it ! And guess what ? You're married to the joker.

If he wants you out, tell him fine, but you're filing for divorce and taking half of everything he has in this life, and in his next life !

That just told you the basics. It did not tell you the specific laws in each of the states listed which is what IAAL did for OK.
