Greetings everyone from Florida. My father is about to be married 6/9/01. He is 59 she is 39. He has 2 grown daughters and she has 4 daughters. 2 grown, 2 teens. He already has a will leaving everything to us and our children. She will be signing a pre nup before the marriage. His current house is paid for and is left in the will to grandson. If he dies can the wife still legally stay in the residence,even if we want her to move? i have been told that she can reside in the house until she dies..even if there is a will leaving the house to my minor son.They have known eachother for 5 months.I personally feel she is looking at the dollar signs (at least 400K)I feel that she is playing on the fact that he is lonley(my mother just passed 2 yrs ago).
