What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Ohio

Is it legal to sell branded products manufactured and purchased from another country? Ex. If a company purchases golf components from the company that sells the completed clubs, then assembles them and sells them, is it legal for an individual to resell them in the U.S.?

Your question doesn't make sense as written. What are you trying to do:

1. Import golf clubs manufactured by, say, Ping, that are purchased abroad for retail sale here under the Ping name (a "grey market" import)?

2. Buy Ping parts here, send them overseas for assembly, and import the clubs for sale as Ping clubs?

3. Buy Ping parts overseas, have them assembled (either overseas or here), import them, and sell them as Ping clubs here?

Exactly what you are trying to do -- and more importantly, WHY you are trying to do this -- is important before we can give you a competant answer. seniorjudge may be correct, but their may be other answers as well depending on the exact circumstances of your case.
