approximately 5 years agon I began employment with a small construction company. Because the company was small the the owner verbally agreed to give me 5% of profit if I took a lower wage then I had asked for. I agreed, and since then the company has grown. I have never received the 5% of profit. When confronting the owner he stated that it is too much money and he couldn't give it to me. I want to know if there is any recourse that I have even though it was a verbal contract only.
