What is the name of your state? South Carolina

In the state of SC is one required a break if they work 6 hours without having a lunch? Does one have the right to get a break if they work 7 hours with an unpaid lunch (which isn't included in the 7 hours). Is it true that in a right to work state one has very few benefits such as breaks & decent wages?

According to the SC LLR, "There is no requirement under South Carolina law for an employer to provide employees with breaks or a lunch period."

No. A 'right to work' state only means that an employee is not required to join a union in order to work.
