I am Pro se in a New Hampshire divorce.
The respondent and her attorney have not followed the court approved temporary agreements that were signed in court.
1. There has been refusal to pay for things that were agreed upon.
2. yard sales have been held selling property that was not supposed to be touched.
3. a refusal to find a job (she has a Master's Degree).
4. 30 days were given to put the house on the market and after 90 days it still is not.
5. There is even a refusal to put forth a single proposal of what their side wants that would lead to a final settlement, after 9 months now.
Can I file a breech of contract suit somewhere that would hold their side legally responsible for the "contract" they have signed? I can't just keep filing motions as the New Hampshire court system is over a month behind in ruling on Motions filed on November 2nd. The motions are not even presented to the Master (overseeing judge) yet as they are held up in the "busy" court clerk's office.
Also, the opposing lawyer had on average 3 communications per week over 5 months with my former lawyer. In the last two months since I have taken over Pro Se, he hasn't contacted me once except to demand a release of information.
My kids are in the middle of this and I pay over $200 MORE per week than the child support calculator says I should. I am ready to break!
Thank you,
Rob
