State is Florida. Judge stated I had to pay what he called Bridge the gap payments which cannot be modified because he said it was not considered alimony. He stated it was not modifiable but when I recieved papers they put in a stuplation that the court has juradiction to admend and modify. I haven't signed. I don't want her to come back later and ask for more. Can she if this was clearly stated by the judge that this not considered Alimony?
