Are there any federal laws regulating the use of broadcast fax and mass email for advertising purposes? I live in Colorado, but will be looking into sending prospects information via fax and email all over the US. I am more concerned with the faxing issues, as I will be offering people a way to opt out of the email advertisements. Thanks!
