What is the name of your state? pa my brother in jail at a sci, he was caught selling a half ounce of weed. his sentence was 1 to 4 years he has been denied parole 3 times allready.10 years ago he was charged for rape and was found not guilty by a jury trial of rape. he was charged for indecen assult and served time in the county jail for it. since he has been locked up now they put him into a sop program (sex offender program)which he is taking . his counsler who has the class is telling him he is not corperating becuse she wants him to admit that he rape this girl. he will not admit to this as he did not do it and a jury found him not guilty of it.she now put him on suspention of the class. we beleive this is why he is not making parole, he has no write up or anything while he is in ther. what can we do ????????? why should he even take a sop class when he did he time for it 10 years ago ????
