brother will not give sis share

I live in Wyoming. My brother is POA of my dad's estate. Dad passed away. I found dad's house was sold by google earth. Brother and dad lived in Colorado. Dad paid brother a salary of $2k @ month with free access to checking account, and cc's. Brother will not pay me 1/2 of settlement of house, which is supposedly in probate. Brother says dad did not mention me in will. I have not seen will. In the last year of dad's illness Dad said Bro was taking money and using the cc for bros personal use. Am I entitiled to half? How do I find out details of probate? Can I have dad's account audited? Dad had cars, boats, furniture, it's all gone?
