What is the name of your state? NJ My builder might file for bankruptcy after the court issues judgment $$ for fraud which will be 3X times the damages. I heard bankruptcy laws are tougher then before. What are the chances of builder restarting his business under different company name?? What are my changes of recovering the $$ judgment from him. There are couple of home owners who are also filling fraud charges against builder.
