Bundling an adware with software

Hello, I wish you could answer me. I am not from US but I think this is quiet common for every country.
I am a freelancer, I code softwares for companies , I think they are putting it for download bundling it with their own adware and milions of people are getting it installed. I also think that they are writing it in an EULA so customers needs to click "I read and I agree" before downloading the software, my question is :
- If I make my own adware and bundle it with softwares I code ( or make one code in y softwares to download my adware silently ) for those companies, since they have lot of traffic that will generates lot of money for me, is it totally legit ? Since :
1) it's not me who spreads it
2) Adwares are legit since it is written in the "EULA", but I am not sure what those companies are actually doing, will I be safe in anyway ?

Yes I know, I've already read my country's laws concerning internet, and there is nothing that would help me in this case .., so if it is legal in US it should be legit here too , since it's internet.. laws are quiet similar somehow.

I agree with justalayman. The laws are different in different countries - sometimes vastly different.

I'm from morocco, I can show you cybercrime laws of my country if you have some time.
I'm not a lawyer so even after reading it, I can't know if this would be legit .

What you will need to do, andric123, is sit down with an attorney in Morocco to best ensure that what the companies are asking you to do is legal in Morocco. We handle US laws only.

If you are doing freelance work for legitimate companies outside of Morocco, the companies should be directing you on what they want and need, and these wants and needs should be ones that are legal in their countries. If any legal issues arise over your software codes and the adware you provide for these companies, however, it will the laws of Morocco that will apply to you.
