A good friend of mine recently died. She stipulated in her Will that she wished to be buried in a grave plot she had already bought and there was space in there for her (family grave). She was cremated instead. I know that the executer of her Will is likely to have agreed to this. Is it the case that the executer (a family member) has the right to change such an important part of her will or is there anything I can do?
