Okay guys here we go...everything changes from here. Wonder how things will pan out. Guess we will see in six months. I was reading an article today that states
"The financial services industry argued that bankruptcy frequently is the last refuge of gamblers, impulsive shoppers, divorced or separated fathers avoiding child support"
avoiding child support?? HA HA They must have done ALOT of research about bankruptcy! I wouldn't belive they care about anyone or there child support anyway!
and a quote from president bush "These commonsense reforms will make the system stronger and better so that more Americans — especially lower-income Americans — have greater access to credit,"
Yes, that is what we need Mr. President. imagine this...you go and apply for a credit card, the credit card company says "you can afford this much $" and then you spend that money because you have medical bills or you lose your job or you can't afford groceries. and now you can't afford to pay your credit card bills. and now you can't even afford the pay back plan in bankruptcy. And now you are out on the street and homeless. Nice. Just what we need!
