 Texas Business Bankruptcy

I'm not sure if the business is inc or a corp, but if a texas business files for bankruptcy... is it possible for them to lose their home? Also if this same business files bankruptcy, is it possible for them to file bankruptcy on one of their businesses (ex. restaurant) but not the other one? Say they have two restaurants and they want to file bankruptcy on one and not the other... is it possible? Please give me answers for an incorporated business and for a corporation. This is urgent needed information since my home is possibly in jeopardy. Thanks!

Certainly anything in the same entity is subject to the debt. As to if they can go after you depends on other facts.
