A business owner in the late stages of Alzheimer’s is blatantly discriminating against African-Americans. If one were to assume this is true and the business is operating under a LLC and there has been a previous "no contest" plea to a discrimination charge, then what would be the potential liability to the business if a civil suit is brought - considering the action was committed by a mentally ill person? And what would be the potential penalties if The Department of Justice files charges and wins?
