What is the name of your state? FL
There are VERY old patents in the Uspto search that are from 1901, 1935, 1939, etc
I did a search with names, name of original invention, I tried if somebody 'resurrected' them, blah, blah... but that US patents are exactly look to be dead.
Now, How, what I do to contact who to know if I can buy (and resurrect) an old patent?
What is the process to 'resurrect' a 'dead' patent? I have to add/modify/update the old claims?
All that patents are as Utility patents of its era, so... what I do?
Is there an address to send my inquiry to the USPTO in my particular concern?
How much cost to buy a patent of that era?
can some relative of the original author(s) sue me? lol
