I have a contract to purchase a home, I had the inspection & appraisal done and I recieved a commitement letter saying I had 95% finanacing and my attorney already did the title work. Now they are saying that I can only quailfy for 90% finanacing due to a few points loss in credit score. My question is if I can not get the 95% financing will I be able to walk away from the contract or will the seller have a right to take me to court. What are my options.
