What is the name of your state? Florida

I am looking at renting a home for a year and then purchasing the home through owner Financing. The owner still has his mortgage on the home and I am unable to obtain a mortgage at this time so my payments would be going to the owner and the owners payments would be going to his mortgage company.

I am trying to find the legal documents that I would need for this type of transaction to protect the owner and myself.

Thank you.

**A: the attorney that you hire will draft such legal documents. Stay away from boiler plate "off the rack" paperwork.
