Hi

I hope someone can answer this...in the state of California is there any legal options to have a wife removed from the home for severe verbal abuse towards the spouse with the minor child present..a restraining order, PFA etc. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer..!!

My response:

Nothing will stop a bad-mouthing spouse. Whether you live together, or you get a divorce, or a legal separation, she'll always bad-mouth you in front of the child.

It's the child that binds you two together. And she has poor parenting skills. Poor child.

Isn't it hell living in a trailer park ?
