What is the name of your state? CALIFORNIA

Are there any disclosure requirements if you are only maintaining various data on an address or a household and not an individual?

None of the data stored would be personally identifiable.

The addresses are from our own lists & we would be sending offers to the people on the list. As they respond, we would store additional information about that address (but never a persons name or anything personally identifiable) and what offers were responded to.

Anyone know anything about what would be required in this case in California?

What ARE you talking about??

If someone voluntarily sends their contact info to you, then you can store it for your own use.
