What is the name of your state? NY

When my ex-wife and I split, she had physical custody and I paid the 25% as indicated by New York. About a year and a half ago, my older son came to live with me so I tried to modify support. My older son (20 years old) attends college and in NY we pay support until 21 and my divorce agreement states 22 if in college. My ex-wife and her attorney claimed that he was emancipate because he earned 14k for the year (he was saving for school and a car). I tried to tell her and the judge that he will soon not earn anything and that we would have to modify it again. They did lower it a little because he wasn't fully emancipated, but now I am footing all costs and still paying a lot of support for my younger son.

I have just petitioned the court to modify it again based on the new circumstances and my ex-wife and attorney want the modification denied. I would like to know if someone can point me to a calculator that will take into account that I have one of the children and she has one. I would like to see what the state recommends for support.

I know that it is based on income and that in NY once you exceed 80k that there are other variables. I just want to see what the states claims that I owe based on the percentages.

Thanks
