State is California: Pulled over for expired tags. Caught with suspended licence (DMV issued) due to DUI received two months ago. Pleaded no contest and got full penalties for 1st Offender DUI, including restricted licence for 90 days and probation. DMV placed me under suspended licence for 4 months. Question is: With this violation for driving with suspended licence, will this affect my probation, and will it extend my licence restriction/suspension even though I am currently under the DMV suspension and not the court one? What penalties will this add to my current DUI penalties? Any help will be great.
