I work as a cashier in a Public Office. We used to have a camera recording the faces of the person coming to make the payments and part of the desk, my hands and part of my arms.
Now they change the camera settings and I am now expossed to the camera all day long, so I am not able to scratch my back without being and feeling observed.

Is this legal?.
Is there any way I can ask for the settings to be reestablished as they use to be?

Thank You
