What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? VT

Researching on the net, I seem to be getting conflicting opinions and was hoping someone could try and give me a definitive answer.
My pro Se No asset chap 7 was discharged 2 months ago. I stupidly reaffirmed my car loan because at the time I was convinced that continuing to pay it on time would eventually help my credit to recover. However, I can no longer afford to run it due to unforseen circumstances. From what I have read, it seems that discharged bankruptcies can be re-opened but courts frown upon debtors reopening because they can no longer afford a "Re-affirmed" debt. Any opinions would be very much appreciated.
Thanks for reading my post

I'm going to assume as a pro se filer, you had to appear before a bk judge to press your case for reaffirmation. If so, I doubt you have grounds for any relief.
All I can sugest is, register for a pacer account and see if the lender filed the agreement with the court.
