What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL

I received a letter from my condominium asking a bunch of questions, 20 questions in total.

Some questions are pretty common like... "how many people occupy your unit?" and "do you claim to have used only the parking space allotted for your unit all times?"

But some questions go way beyond more private issues like...

"Have you ever had any gathering of more than 5 people in your unit? If so how many their ages and names?"

"At such gatherings were alcohol or drugs present?"

I thought what goes on inside my house is private and these last questions violate my privacy.

Can I get the opinion of someone who knows or practice in this area?

Thank you!!

They are legally allowed to ask just about anything - how many times a day do you masturbate; how much do you tip the hookers you use; do you get higher from snorting heroin or injecting it; etc. Of course, unless you have some really unique CC&Rs, nothing requires you to answer such questions.
