What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Idaho

In our condo's one owner has had a broken window for two years, neighbor down below now has vermits, and bugs, owner doesn't live on site, won't return calls, sent certified letters with no response. What can we do?:)

Anyone can sue anyone they want to for anything. The question is not can you sue him but what chance you have to win. I would hope your condo association would have a lawyer on retainer or such that you could talk to bout that.

Also do you have any rules to deal with this such as hiting the owner with fines or a rule that says if owner dosen't fix something that the CA will do it themself then send the owner a bill.

A complaint can be made to the local health department since vermits are now involved as well.

**A: you should have been discussing this issue with the condo Board 2 years ago.

Homeowners association did nothing, until new board was elected for January 2010. Owner brought it to our attention. We are a small community no attorney on retainer.
