Can Any1 Check If Went to Rehab?

Hello,

A friend of mine might be going to rehab and she asked an important questions, which I was not able to positively answer.

She wants to know, that if she checked herself into a rehab center for drug abuse, could anyone find out? Meaning, if she applies for a job with the city, can they find out, or any other business, or etc?

If the answer is yes that anyone can find out, is there something she must file or ask for...or there is nothing that can be done?

Rehab centers cannot give out the names of thier clients. As I told you on other site unless there was a criminal action tied to rehab stint she (your friend) is not required to give employer this information.
