We are in Arizona. How do you have someone arrested for not complying with a court order?

I have a divorce decree-stating visitation and the length of time the mother was to live in the community home before selling it. This person has never allowed the father to see the children and the house she was supposed to live in 18 months, she sold after six and kept the $15,000 from the sale. The mother also refuses to give medical information. In addition she has now remarried and has told the children they are to call her new husband dad and forget about the real father.

The real father has always been very close to his children and the children are having problems. In fact, they are now in counseling but we cannot get any information about who the counselor is.

If father is one day late on child support mother has him arrested therefore we would very much like to see her arrested. Can anyone tell us how to go about this? I would appreciate any information you can give me.

In AZ can you do anything about alienation of affection. Are they talking about just money lawsuits? Can't anything be done about the ex trying to turn children against father?

Thank you,
